Worry Free Services began with a shared vision discussed on the wrestling mats: two founders working in the industry who knew they could build something better for their hometown. In April 2021, cousins Josh and Austin launched the business with a simple, core mission—to serve their community and leave it better than they found it.
What started as a small local operation has grown through years of hard work, hands-on experience, and invaluable lessons. Today, Worry Free Services proudly employs a team of over 20 professionals, delivering comprehensive, full-service lawn care, exterior cleaning, tree care, and snow removal to both residential and commercial clients.
As our operations have expanded into Saskatoon—led by local resident Timothy Beke—our vision remains clear: to extend our high standards of service across Saskatchewan. Through every growth milestone, our core values stay the same. We look forward to making our community better, one service at a time.

Austin co-founded Worry Free Services in April 2021 with a mission to make Regina a better place to live and work. Born and raised in Regina, he holds a degree in Business Marketing from the University of Regina. Outside of leading the business, Austin stays active with wrestling, fitness, and spending quality time with family.

Born and raised in Regina, Josh co-founded Worry Free Services alongside his cousin Austin to bring reliable, community-focused property care to the region. He earned his degree in Philosophy from the University of Regina. In his free time, Josh enjoys reading, wrestling, and staying fit.
General Manager, Head Arborist & Tree Division Co-Owner
Joining the company right out of high school in 2023, Maddox quickly proved himself as an indispensable pillar of Worry Free Services. Climbing the ranks through dedicated work, he now serves as General Manager, Head Arborist, and Co-Owner of the Tree Care Division. Away from work, Maddox enjoys drumming, archery, running, and practicing Muay Thai.
Saskatoon Branch Manager & Operator
A lifelong Saskatchewan resident, Timothy leads the company’s expansion into Saskatoon. He brings over 25 years of corporate leadership experience in accounting, human resources, and management across the oil & gas and higher education sectors. Timothy holds degrees from McGill University (History and Political Science) and the University of Regina (Accounting & Finance), and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (non-practicing) and Chartered Professional in Human Resources.
